Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage
February 10-11, 1012. Silverton Campus. 7:00 pm both evenings. Unlike many traditional marriage seminars that tend to be overly serious, technical and emotionally taxing, the Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage seminar is different because it helps couples deal with tough issues in a way that is fun and non-threatening. Through the two day seminar couples will laugh, learn and be able to make realy positive changes in their marriage.
Alpha Marriage Course
Begins February 21, 2012. The Marriage Course is for any couple who wants to invest in their relationship, whether you have been together 1 or 61 years and whether you have a strong relationship or are struggling. It is a seven session course on Tuesday nights which consists of a candlelit meal and/or dessert at a romantic table for two while listening to practical Marriage Course talks that are informative and fun. La Fiesta (Youth Dinner/Auction)
Saturday, February 25, 2012. Join us for a Fiesta! This includesan authentic Mexican dinner (menu to be determined still), a silent auction, and an oral auction of some great themed baskets put together by our Home Groups. Tickets are $15.00 each and will be available soon. See a youth group member to purchase or they will be sold in the lobby of each campus on Sundays. We need Silent Auction items. This can include new and slightly used items. See Cory Walz if you have questions.
Youth Spring Break Away
March 30 - April 1, 2012. This is a weekend get away for Junior High and High School age youth. It will be held in Lebanon, OR and youth will be spending the night at the River Center. The cost will be $25 each. Registration begins Feb. 8, 2012 on-line at silvercreekfellowship.org/breakaway. The theme is Team Building and finding your place to serve. John Meek will be the guest speaker.
Northside Talent Show
Friday, April 20, 2012 at 7:00 pm. You are invited to show off your talent at the annual Northside Talent Show and Dessert Auction. We are looking for acts from both campuses and desserts. Some will be sold at a Silent Auction and some larger desserts for the Oral Auction. If you have a song, skit, or talent you would like to share or a dessert please contact Grace Fudge or sign up after worship on Sundays.
